Embryo Freezing
When attempting to get pregnant, if the woman does not implant all embryos in her uterus in a single cycle, she can freeze the remaining embryos, so that the next time she decides to get pregnant, she can use these embryos.
This eliminates the need to undergo the entire egg collection and in vitro fertilization process again. The fertility team prepares the woman’s body for pregnancy, thaws the embryos, evaluates them, and implants them into the woman’s uterus.
